All deposits are non-refundable and secure your performers, date, and time. Please confirm every detail before sending payment.
Limited Refund Exception
Should none of the entertainers on your confirmed roster be available, Ruby Entertainments & Co. will notify you immediately and refund your deposit in full.
Rescheduling
Contact us at least 48 hours before your event to request a new date or time.
We cannot guarantee availability, but we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Deposits may be applied as a credit toward one rescheduled booking within 30 days of the original event date.
