These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of rubyentertainments.com (the “Site”) and to any bookings or services provided by Ruby Entertainments & Co. (“Ruby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this Site or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian legislation. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

Definitions

“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity visiting the Site and/or booking Services from Ruby.

“Services” means all performances, workshops, and related offerings provided by Ruby, whether delivered in person or online.

“Content” refers to all text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and other materials displayed on the Site.

Age & Legal Capacity

You must be 18 years or age or older (the age of majority in British Columbia for adult entertainment services) to access booking pages or submit inquiries.

By using this Site, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Intellectual Property

All Site Content, including the Ruby name, logo, imagery, and video materials, is protected under Canadian copyright and trademark laws.

You may view, download, or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Booking & Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Final payment deadlines, performer line-ups, and applicable travel fees will be outlined in your Booking Confirmation email.

Client Responsibilities & Event Conduct

To ensure a safe and professional experience, Clients agree to:

Provide a private and secure performance space that complies with local bylaws.
Prevent unauthorized photography or videography unless expressly permitted by performers.
Prohibit any harassing, non-consensual, or disruptive behaviour.
Adhere to Ruby’s Guest Code of Conduct at all times.

Ruby performers reserve the right to end a performance without refund if these expectations are not met.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or social media platforms. Ruby is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites, nor for any loss arising from their use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law, Ruby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of the Site or Services.

In all cases, Ruby’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruby, its directors, contractors, and performers from any claims, damages, or demands arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations at your event.

Suspension or Termination

Ruby reserves the right to suspend Site access or decline a booking at its discretion, including where these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
