These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rubyentertainments.ca (the "Site") and any bookings or services arranged through Ruby Entertainment & Co. ("Ruby," "we," "Us, "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian legislation. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
1. Definitions
"Client," "you," "your" - the individual or entity browsing the Site and/or booking Ruby services.
"Services" - all performances, workshops, and related products offered by Ruby, whether in person or online.
"Content" - all text, graphics, photos, videos, and other material displayed on this Site.
2. Age and Legal Capacity
• You must be 19 years of age or older (the age of majority in B.C. for adult entertainment) to access booking pages or submit inquiries.
• By using this Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
3. Intellectual Property
All Content, including the Ruby name, logo, images, and videos, is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may view, download, or print individual pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Content without our written consent.
4. Cookies & Privacy
The Site uses cookies to improve functionality and understand visitor behaviour. By using the Site, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Personal data submitted through enquiry forms is processed in compliance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We do not sell or rent personal information.
5. Booking & Payment
• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Final payment deadlines, performer line-ups, and travel fees will be confirmed in your Booking Confirmation email.
6. Client Conduct & Event Rules
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all parties, the Client agrees to:
1. Secure a private, safe performance area and comply with local bylaws.
2. Prevent unauthorized photography or videography unless permitted by performers.
3. Prohibit unruly, harassing, or non-consensual behaviour.
4. Uphold Ruby's Guest Code of Conduct at all times.
Ruby performers reserve the right to cease a performance without refund if these rules are breached.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Site may include links to external websites or social media. Ruby is not responsible for content, privacy practices, or any loss resulting from use of third-party sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by British Columbia law, Ruby will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Ruby, its directors, contractors, and performers harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, Or breach of local regulations at your event.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or refuse a booking at our discretion, including for any breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Changes to Terms
Ruby may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of British Columbia.
